This firm is very bad. I wanted to rate it zero. Sycophants are very well promoted here. Pay structure is very bad. A Chartered accountant more than 5 years of experience earns equivalent to Chartered accountant fresher. There is nothing to like in this firm.

Dislikes

Dislikes- everything. Articled assistants are pretty much oversmart and uncouth. Employees play a lot of politics. People who are good at buttering can survive here without any increment in salary. Advice- If you are Chartered accountant then please don't work here. Work here only if as a chartered accountant you feel that youare not capable enough. Don't spoil your career working here after achieving a renowned degree....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
