Its Work life balance and work satisfaction very poor, compensation and benefits are terrible poor, however have good products to work on. Skill development there is not good and management is biased.

Work life balance is good. Compensation is satisfactory however learning opportunities are few as most of process mapping and learning is given by team sitting abroad and they are reluctant in passing the knowledge.

There is no work life balance . Appraisal and bonus is very bad and it's getting worst day by day. Company share price is also getting worst so no use of esops or share as an award or final additional bonus.

They follow hybrid model, only 4 days in office in a month. Transport facility is good, office location ambiance is good. 5 working day, sat and sunday is off

...because busy of too much busy schedule, you have stole knowledge from others. Globeop is not following indian calendar no indian festival allowed Without additional pay. this company rule based on uk and us no indian labour law applied here. Job security is 0. May be it depends on process to process. This job is not for married man. They applied slavery system.
