Good to start as a fresher with this organization.

...ganization to grow. No work life balance, frequently working after office hours. They make us work more and pay less. Work from home facility is available but that is only during holidays and on sick leaves.

Hybrid ( work from home and office ) options is great.

Pay scale is less as per compared to other companies provide. if company increases the pay scale as per market level than we would be happy and whole heartedly continue journey with company for longer term.

Things are very organized as compared to other fund accounting companies with respect to technology and automation

They pay below market standards to the experienced candidates and need to improve new hires

...ious job had the best work culture but appraisals happened once in 2 or 3 years. So, the salary benefits compared to that was very good, at least it happened every year even if it is only 5 to 6 %.

Dislikes

The work can be better if the people are cooperative but no one gives you the complete information about the process literally. People who have been since the inception of the process withhold the information with them and literally there is nothing you can do. You have to learn gradually watching and observing but that really takes time and a lot of effort. There is no work life balance.its pathetic. Literally you have to slog and forget about week days. The processes are so messed up and it leads to stretch without any reason. You have to stretch daily some times 13 to 14 a day. 22 to 12 hrs is just normal here. Management is poor. Nobody really cares about your concerns unless you are an asset to the team and really useful. But still partiallity and biasness exists. You have to be loud about ur work and ready to fight for ur rights or else you ll get nothing. It's not easy to work here. You have to mentally prepared for this. Many people I know have left within few months of joining bcos the pressure is such. Not scaring, but you should be ready to handle that much pressure.

Work culture is pathetic i would say where you are expected to work for 12 hours a day without any overtime compensation. If you cant work for the desired amount than you need to provide a medical certificate showing any illness as a reason of not working for more than 10 plus hours.
