- Freedom to suggest different technology for solutions and not stick to a single tech stack, No technological boundaries. - Team outings and success parties. - Agile development practices.

- Worst higher management - low appraisal and low bonus - highly political people - Worst HR, they don't understand your concerns, rather they will talk always manager side - no career growth - less appreciation to work that you do. - less learning

Teammates are the only great thing i found who are really supportive and understandable.

Dislikes

Salary and hikes are obvious but apart from those things, the management never care about employee issues. The mid level Management or lower level Management are unable to interpret the real issues which finally causing adverse effects to employees. Hope that has to be changed on priority.
