Only 6 days a month WFO, that's only the main USP of this company. While you compromise on salary, benefits, work-life balance and are expected to be on call to support 24x7 ofcourse.

... is what they gave last year and this year, no matter how well you perform. 6. They give 17k as salary to bcom or MBA freshers, which is outright down market. 7. SYSTEM ISSUES - omg the biggest one here, they call themselves as a technology company, but can't even provide a stable system to work on, there are always sort of issues everyday of the week. 8. They say WFH flexibility - but they expect you to login even at 10.30-11.30 pm in the night, if any work needs to be done. 9. Parag Kinariwala and Murtuza Bootwala's team of managers are pure garbage. Either they're on bulk week's leave in a month or either on calls, but they don't have time for you to call/discuss issues. 10. No scope of knowledge enhancement or growth. People working here are just there because of WFH policy and people are in their comfort zones. Take out that and you'll find so much chaos 11. Leaves are only granted mostly to the team leaders or managers. But for teams, no 2 people can apply for leave on the same day.

Salary, bonus, overtimes, overtime's compensation, promotion, management, yearly increment, if you work hard you won't get better opportunity you get same salary but extra work.

They follow hybrid model, only 4 days in office in a month. Transport facility is good, office location ambiance is good. 5 working day, sat and sunday is off

...because busy of too much busy schedule, you have stole knowledge from others. Globeop is not following indian calendar no indian festival allowed Without additional pay. this company rule based on uk and us no indian labour law applied here. Job security is 0. May be it depends on process to process. This job is not for married man. They applied slavery system.

Low Package as per the industry standard for the experience.Less chance for growth. Need to grilled atleast 3-4 years for better position...otherwise no complaints..good for freshers
