I left the company works 1 year, since iam not getting my work experience certificate from the company..

Dislikes

Not fair..no notice period for the employees, removed the employeement without notice...ther is no securirty for the employee..since they started company..

Good brand name, recognition in some times , manger IT & CEO are very talented peoples in IT related areas, suitable for beginners

poor politics, miserly attitude on benefits for employees, cost cutting policies are killing honest employees because dishonest employees are provide barriers to them financially,. poor management skilled persons are there lot of positions.
