Awesome company to start your career, one can spend entire life working here. Excellent company culture every senior will treat you as a family member. No worries about lunch they provide it. Awesome surrounding environment full of greenery and little forest which have different fruits tree, So you can enjoy your after lunch time there in refreshing environment. Forget about getting fired, even in training period they hardly reject any candidate, they never fire once you complete probation period, yes definately anyone will fire you if you are doing something against company policy. Buss and cars facility is there for those who are inside company's city. Many employees doing up-down from near by cities so it's not that hard once you get used to it. Alternative Saturday is on and we can have 1:30-1:45 hour's of sport's time we play cricket, vally ball, carrom, chess etc. Overall i am really blessed to start my journey with such great organization.

Dislikes

Yes for freshers they pay well, but if your intention is only money rather than adding value to you then you will not satisfy, location of company is far from city centre but they have buss and cars facility in case you don't want to use personal vehicle and you can reach there within 10-60 minutes so it's not that far. Not every Saturday you will get sport's time because of some holiday's or other reason but whenever you get sport's time you will enjoy it.

In this company there are lots of politics played from team leads they are thinking they are owners of the company like they are behave with employees and much with those employees who are not from gujrat who is from other state from Gujarat they are not have job security here....and also they are only speaking in gujrati in scrum meeting

If you have potential to learn and perform, it is a best company for good growth. Good place to showcase your skills and enhance them. Leaders are very transparent in sharing the current status of business. Policies are employee friendly.

I have been fortunate to work under some great leaders that have taught me a lot since I began working here a year back. I can't find anything to complain about as yet. The management here values its employees.
