Worst management,not given the monthly salary even asking many times ,not focused on the product quality used highly dangerous fungus effected raw material in food products preparation,no hygiene at all ,no benefits and overtime working hours

Nothing but, calls for weekly sales meeting and get us sit for 4 to 5 hours a week in that we have to wait for the GM- Sales for 2 hours to finish his phone chit chats with his ex-company. Again we have to wait for another 2 hours to for MD to the same meeting and after 4 hours they come and complete the meeting within 1 hour for a team of 35 members. By this you can understand how tremendous meetings will be there wasting time of the sales people.

Everything we can dislike over there and your salary will be credited after calling and speaking with HR starting from 5th of every month till 12th of every month and that too linked with pasting posters for the frontliners. Everything is like a kirana shop.

They are seeing employees like 3rd class employees. Salary not coming properly. They sent on 11th Or 12th of the month. Any thing link with salary. If you're not getting targets of the month they're cut money from salary. If you're not getting daily targets you still work in the market in evening time like 8 or 9 o'clock. If you are not pasting the posters that is also link with salary.. If you are questioning against them. Total company targets you and planing for how to remove

Masala - plz don't use Atta - plz don't use Oil - plz don't use Because they don't pay salary if during hard times make sales and take salary. They don't pay F&F... because MD CATCHES MONEY WITH HIS MOUTH. BE WISE TO MAKE INVESTMENT BECAUSE VERY BAD TURNOVER STILL SHOWING NET PROFIT. GOOD LUCK HIRE QUALITY PEOPLE. AND MAKE QUALITY PRODUCT.

They will not recruit the candidates, just they take inputs after that they ask to appoint distributor we appoint 3 or 4 distributor later they say appoint another 10 distributor, after that we leave the company without taking salary
