the company CEO was very good person. But most of the managers are worst. Team leader can do only politics. they Always doing politics. if you do good work , then they will de-promote you If you don't do work ,then they will promote you as Team leader, etc. so my recommendation for job seekers is, if you want to do work then don't go to srishtri software If you don't want to do work , you want to do only politics , then go there.
