Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! the company CEO was very good person. But most of the managers are worst. Team leader can do only politics. they Always doing politics. if you do good work , then they will de-promote you If you don't do work ,then they will promote you as Team leader, etc. so my recommendation for job seekers is, if you want to do work then don't go to srishtri software If you don't want to do work , you want to do only politics , then go there.
