I joined this firm because I wanted to build career and learn something. Let me be honest I am from Accounts and commerce background but worked in a customer support process for a year after my graduation. By then I had forgotten everything about Accounts. These guys really taught me from scratch. Do not expect somebody to train you like those corporate companies. They are a small firm, but with strong knowlege. The seniors will teach you, but you should also put in your efforts. When we talk about work environment, it's all about trust and good effort. For me this has been a healthy environment to work with. The colleagues are awesome, simple people. Even the senior CA and the owner of this firm are so simple and nice people to work with. They never treat you bad because they pay you. They know to respect all the staff and they really care for their staff, I have experienced it.

Dislikes

...he pressure.. During the tax filing period and Due dates you have work pressure. And also salary hikes, if your aim is to earn money then this is not the right place. You have to come here only to learn things and gain knowledge.
