On my joining noticed that among Security personnel lack of duty related professionalism. On joining taken keen interest to motivate Security personnel so that they can perform duties effectively. For this got liberty from local Management. Good work environment, culture and nice team spirit among staff. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth and promotions are very slow even after putting best efforts. On the job training is not given on joining.

It is basically one of the lead in Ductile Iron Pipe manufacturing company in India. I am great full to say that I am a part of team that procurement of all major raw materials of import and indeginous and sale activities, logistics activities. I learnt a more in our company.

...on the same day. At any cost n time I finished and only I start leaving to home. I feel painful when I am taking salary on every month
