On my joining noticed that among Security personnel lack of duty related professionalism. On joining taken keen interest to motivate Security personnel so that they can perform duties effectively. Salary is decent but career growth and promotions are very slow even after putting best efforts. On the job training is not given on joining.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a lot in the beginning due to all most all Security personnel are civilians, not aware about their duty related knowledge. Started motivational speeches and followed by monthly Parades. Then improvement noticed.

It is basically one of the lead in Ductile Iron Pipe manufacturing company in India. I am great full to say that I am a part of team that procurement of all major raw materials of import and indeginous and sale activities, logistics activities. I learnt a more in our company.

Dislikes

Compensation in not satisfactory to me and growth is slow. All the times I work more than 12 hours due work pressure and the thing I am directly reporting to our vise president. I am not feel bad to work extra timing in office. My intention is that day work has to complete on the same day.
