...y the client Ltimindtree. They did fraud with Lti hence contract was terminated. They dont pay salary on time and fnf amount just forget about it.Before you join please meet them in person and take proper office address. Their old office address is fake and hence we can't nab them.

PROS: There is none. Atleast, I can't figure out any. May be, better than being unemployed. If you do not have anything else absolutely. (Otherwise, try your best to avoid joining this CIRCUS)

...you a pathetic run around in every aspect. Be warned and save yourself. Cons: 1. You will never get your salary on time. 10th of every month is what they commit but the delay will be upto 20th or 25th. In the meantime they will enjoy the bank interest. This will be every month's deal. 2. The company is being run by a few people only. In the name of Accounts/HR , there are just 2 people who have no knowledge of basic accounting. 3. They will deduct whatever they feel like in the name of Tax. When you ask for Form 16, you will probably never get it. If you get it (Fortunately) then it will not match with your fake deductions shown on your salary slips. 4. You call them , they will not pick up your call. You mail them , they will never respond. They will pretend that you don't exist. 5. When you separate, you will never get your FnF. If you are lucky then you will probably get 50% and the remaining will be forfeited. Calling/Mailing them doesn't bother them as they are shameless enough to sleep on your FnF. 6. Absolutely ZERO response from the owner and other employees even if you escalate. 7. Appraisal / Increment ? What is that ? No one knows about it. You completed one year ? So What ?

There is nothing good about this company was working here for almost 5 year but like no comments

Dislikes

Salary is never on time despite necessary approvals No R&R No Respect No bonus No Raise in salary No promotion No Value, no appreciation for your multiple hours spend for working. No inflammation hike is given. F&F Not done yet post 6 months No response over call or Email. Once you are stuck you there is no alternate option until you leave organization. I strongly recommend please don't join under any circumstance Even if they are giving good salary Its just they are showing that they will provide everything, they are just false promises. You are valued until you accept the Job once you sign that document you have no value. Srjan will be earning more money on behalf of you but all you get is demotivation, disrespect, late payments in salary with no growth.

No not recommended, they does not even credit our salary and PF on time. No queries are well answered ever There intimation given on salary always get fail. No one ever connected after joining for appraisal not even for single call or guidance

Bad bad bad, Delayed salary No tax info, no form 16. When I tried to fill my ITR no information for my tenure on the income tax portal Fake commitments FnF done after 100 days, after so many efforts regularly. Don’t work on this company’s payroll
