Work life balance and company culture is pretty much above standards
Dislikes
Bench period anxiety is what everyone talks about being in Srijan (Material plus).
A clear guidelines should help employees to stay un-anxious about their bench time.
One of the best organisations, I have had the pleasure to work for. The team is very helpful, the culture is very powerful and the support from the company is very genuine.
There are some good developers. Code quality is good.
Dislikes
Management is very very poor. Managers are upper management are just there to step upon people to get higher position. In human behaviour of HR and management. People get fired anytime. Lack of projects. No work life balance at all. Not at all recommended.
* They have a flat hierarchy i.e. one can easily access the top management in case of any challenges. People are very genuine and humble in this organization.
* They focus a lot on employee training and development
* There are a lot of opportunities to work into different themes of development
* Their company policies are good. They give 2 days' leaves to their female employees.
* Work-life balance is pitty decent
* Job security
