While we grow there are tons of things evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing new rules & regulations, etc.) that come along with any growing company. it's important not to be stuck on only the wrong things that are happening but to focus on what is happening right and how this change will affect your career growth. And that mindset is also rewarded in Sriggle.
