It was very honour working with sri srinivasa constructions. With in a short period company improves turn over and got good reputation from clients. Company management takes good responsibility on entire staff.

the company is open innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable. high-quality productss and has a global client base. As result.

Dislikes

Competition is decent. but growth is slow the work pressure is very high.Sometimes. I have to work 16-18 hour straight in a day as I have to attend client a calls in theevening and sometimes late into the night managers do not value and individual's unique straight with is way l have to take back my suggestion most the times

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
