Everything went well working with sri rajarajeshwari pvt. Ltd. Management is supportive and transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth us slow.

...t is not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they do not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues.

Not even a single aspect to like about this company

Dislikes

There will be no work life balance.Not even a single person or engineer is technically strong. 10-12hrs working in a day. There will be no personal leaves or holidays

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
