I have seen more than 30 engineers in my 3 yrs of tenure who has came, thinking bright future with the company but not stayed more than 2 months. You have to do frequent travelling ( every 10 days avg. )without any allowances or any extra benefits. You will be forced to stay in worst accomodation with workers and technician. Company is working on politics only with Owner himself is involved. There is nothing like innovation here as it is service industry which is in the bussiness of chemical cleaning of industrial equipments, vessels etc. There is "ZERO" work life balance here.If you have family, then dont even think about these company as it has no fix job hours and timing. These company is not for engineering graduate and people who has analytical mind. I have stayed here because he kept me in single project at RIL, Jamnagar. But now they dont have any big work order in their orderbook. Due to owner's bad nature they loosing their existing clients.

This is the worst company I have seen in my life. They are taking on the name of engineer but you have to do the same work as the labour are doing. I was in reliance Jamnagar plant, I have to go 30 km by a labour class vechile. Life is very miserable in this company. I will suggest you to not to join this company at any cost. They have recuirted one driver cum small don. They are giving instructions to the engineer. Even this driver don't know how to speak and write. Only he know to eat "mawa" in gujrat. They are taking innocent labour and technicians, when their job is done. They just fired them by saying you are not working. This company is against the employee responsibility. So guys please don't join this company at any cost.

Nothing is good in this company. Only one thing is good in this company is that they will use u only and only.
