This is the worst company I have seen in my life. They are taking on the name of engineer but you have to do the same work as the labour are doing. I was in reliance Jamnagar plant, I have to go 30 km by a labour class vechile. Life is very miserable in this company. I will suggest you to not to join this company at any cost. They have recuirted one driver cum small don. They are giving instructions to the engineer. Even this driver don't know how to speak and write. Only he know to eat "mawa" in gujrat. They are taking innocent labour and technicians, when their job is done. They just fired them by saying you are not working. This company is against the employee responsibility.
