They deduct salary for late coming only 2 minute.
No job security. They fire you in 1 or 2 month. if donation is stop your service also stop.
worst company ever dont join this company because top management is corrupt.
Lots of manipulation from HR Department and HR Head is so egotistic(Ms.Arpita), She spoil your carrier just to secure her job. There is so much mental harassment. when new employee join then no support and guidance for him/her.
if you are going to join this company after reading all these reviews then you are going to push yourself into hell.
1. Provides you the good environment to learn and work.
2. Get your salary on time.
3. As it is an NGO you will have a sense for contributing to the society.
4. Work life balance is good.

3. Your continuity after march is clear, have a possibility of laying of depending upon the donation to the firm as it is a non-profitable unit (NGO)
...nners, she is always shouting on her team. Policy is not good. For 2 min late 0.33 of one day salary deduct. Salary payment date ,They always hold 10 day salary. Job is no t secure, if doner leave then they will fired employees. No bonus, in medical policy, family not covered. Absconding rate is higher, people take salary and run due to policy.

Job security. Its contractual and every year on 31st of March your contract will get over. My experience is that their is lack of coordination among the management which impacts the overall project. And although they will say throughout the year that you are a part of the family , but at the end of the year the top management will stop responding and donnot even pick up the call. The management should focus more on quality rather than focusing on the quantity.
