3-4 year back Society culture was nice, but now society changed to corporateive, no salary increment, no promotion, no job security, I was working from last 4 year in society, I worked in 9-10 state with it but no one care about us. Whole operation & HO doing all time politics with trainers. So I suggest if you want to work with it ask them about job security, salary increment in written, and all formalities.

Had improved the confidence to teach/train teachers more than 50 personnel in a session. Travel to lot of towns

Worst management, No salary hike, worst recruitment process, selected the candidates who has fake profile and no experience on the field without any BGC

They Deduct salary for late coming after 2 minute. zero % job security they hire and fire you in 2 or 3 month. Top management is corrupt. HR department is the most corrupt and manipulated. No guidance and support for new employee. Bad work culture. all in short this is also one of Lala chaap organization. Dont join

1. Provides you the good environment to learn and work. 2. Get your salary on time. 3. As it is an NGO you will have a sense for contributing to the society. 4. Work life balance is good.

1. They deduct salary for late comings. 2. Alternate Saturdays are working here. 3. Your continuity after march is clear, have a possibility of laying of depending upon the donation to the firm as it is a non-profitable unit (NGO)
