Compensation is decent,but growth is slow,the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night

Salary did not comes at the right time. working culture is too bad u dont have to do any sales as U have to take advantages from your surrounding compulsion. Local convience never comes in the given month or next month too.

incompetent management with no vision. Recruit people with false hope and commitment and in 8 month they feel they will not be able to afford new recruits and tell them to go.
