Work culture is so so worst .. Management is never friendly and never approach to employees, they are never worried about employees at all . Worst working hours ( micro management) No work life balance … need to sacrifice your personal life … for late night calls .. No fun at all …. Always serious faces and no employees can speak openly in office … since SPY team always watches … since they don’t have any other work…. Got freshers but no projects at all. There is no place in office to have Lunch .. no cafeteria …. You need to have lunch at ur desk or in meeting room ( if it’s free only )

No HIKES . How much you work hard. Worst Management Culture . No Technical Person at TOP Level. Don't Spoil your career joining this company. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IS YOUR LWD.
