Working with SBML is Good for those who do not have anything in his hand to do, maximum people are there who losses his job earlier and did not get job anywhere.

...nization 2.) No employee Benefits,like - EPF, ESI, MEDICLAIM, GRATUITY, PLI etc. Offers only In Hand Salary 3.) They Have all Excess of your Personal devices in his hand without intimation to the employees. 4.) No job security withing 2-3 days you could be out only if they thing your attitude is not according to SBML, so funny 5.) There is no HR Exists in actuall of the company HR is just like puppet 6.) They shows your Candidature as an Commission Agents in his Record not as an Employee 7.) They only trust and Believe on Bihar Reason Peoples and rest are Not trustable at all by these people because this company origin is Bihar 8.) No Holiday Calendar, no Leave Calender Exists. And so on......

There are lot of things which I like , But one important thing is that once you worked here ,Company will learn you how to work ,and you will learn the System process ,how to make and how to implement ....and many more

There are lots of things to share as dislike as - 1.) This is a one man driven organization all the decisions goes as per that personas perception. 2.) No benefits to employees as per Labour low like- EPF, MEDICLAIM, ESI, GRATUITY, PLI, etc. ( You Ask Before Joining they Will Denied) 3.) There is no job security here, you can be out from the job within 2 to 3 days no matter you gave your resign or not if any higher authority did not like your attitude. Because this company did not follow company laws 4.) There is no HR exist here people working as HR are just like puppet. 5.) These people have all access of all your devices in their hands either laptop and handset they will ask your mobile IMEIs during joining, they can enter in your privacy as well. 6.) They record your details as an Commission agents in their records so that employee do not have to provide facilities as per Labour Law 7.) These people only trust and believe on Bihar/Western UP people's and rest are not trustable at all by these people because this company origin is from Bihar. 8.) No Holiday Calendar , No Leave Calender Exists here (You Must Ask They Will Denied) 9.) They show There's Job Advertisement just like a Big Organization but all are Just like a Honey Traps for People who Looking For a Good Career (Yes again Saying this is Good Organization for those who have nothing in his Hand) And so on......

It's best organisation in distribution house ,who is working with better system and process in channel distribution. SBML believes in innovation ,always use in working culture as well as operation support. In totality I m satisfied in last 4 years with SBML,never felt ensecure and unethical pressure of job with this organisation.

There is good culture ,working ethics everything but missing one thing carrier path in long term ,profile and designations are limited .
