They are not supporting in this covid -19 lockdown . salary not providing during lockdown and deduction rate in salary is too high. And not giving right respect to their employees.

There are many things firstly salary they will not give you salary on time. They hold salary for 2 3 mnths so at last you will resign and they will never give you that money. secondly - There is no timing of going back to home. You have to wait till your lead tell you to go.

There is nothing to like anything about SRDT...worklife is pathetic....They don't provide salary to employees, not even experience certificates

Everything....especially the management Team. They just want employees to work for them free, and be like puppet all time. Worst company!!! No job security...as well....

Salary Issues,Variable Issues, Arrear Issues. Unprofessional & Greedy management. Always tries to hold salary and variable components. Not giving arrear & variables of more than 2-years. Pathetic & unethical company.
