1. Great colleagues 2. Good place for freshers to learn

Dislikes

Everything else 1. CEO is involved in everything 2. Strict time-ins and time-outs otherwise salary will be deducted 3. No work life balance 4. Salary will be delayed 5. Appraisals will be delayed 6. Slight inconvenience and all boundaries will be crossed (personal and professional) 7. Would be forced to spend the night at office if work is not done 8. Interns do more work than so called "Seniors"

Good and challenging projects. Opportunity to learn and work on variety of technologies.

Dislikes

No flexibility. If you reach the office late or exit early, your salary will be deducted. Many other similar rules were in place to deduct employees salary. Lack of senior developers - One 1 senior dev was there, who was mostly unavailable to resolve issues. Too much mirco management. No remote allowed.

Nothing.. it's just a terrible place

Dislikes

The CEO is the worst part. He is the one who will involve himself in every small thing, even though that's not his part of job. One point to mention is that even your leave will be approved by him, that too after showing some horrible tantrums. And be ready to get your leave rejected as well as this all depends on his mood and nothing else

just another IT service based company Watch all reviews of 2 may and 3rd may All 5,4 star , They ask employees to review fake reviews All senior left the company due to negligence of ceo. And even now ceo left the company. They mostly outsourcing work to other company.

1 no WFH 2 They don't give top performance money for months, and if you resign they will not give you top performance money for the previous quarter 3 . No documentation, no code review, lead don't have time , People will not listen to you until you mail to ceo, They talk lot and do very little

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
