Big Boss did not know what actually happened in Kolkata Branch (in the year of 2017 April)Tremendous Politics, leg pulling, lobby culture always going on, every day when I entered the office, I thought it's my last date. there is no team bonding, no real estate project....... Ufff I will be there for request to all new comer don't be judgemental, COMPANY IS REALLY GOOD for new or experienced person, my written only based on those days.

but for all above opportunities they will not provide you any thing even not support, the will give you push for sale but for that they will not do any for you, even its a zero employee oriented company, so think twice before joining

Take work from you and will remove you from job 1-2 days before salary. Fnf time is 90 days. Which have no guarantee to come. Huge self expenses on travelling which is not refundable. Work culture overall toxic. Even the snake die.

Worst company of altime no work ethics everyone is corrupt selfish ego drive centric cunning. Partially no skills mostly all employees are from different one organisation implement a that culture here and work short time every month people leave job and boss so ego if candidate's leave they ego hurts they put irrelevant aligations and insults employee. Suggest don't waste time career in square yards whosoever left Square yards work in different field or under builders there have study career growth. Square yards company will close shutdown soon in future life many start ups.

...during the onboarding process, they were very responsive, almost excessively so. However, once issues arose—particularly regarding salary deductions—there has been a noticeable lack of response. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling unsupported and ignored.Moreover, it appears that the HR team is more aligned with the interests of the team leaders and managers rather than addressing the concerns of employees. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in the company.
