Despite the company's claims of being reputable, my experience has been quite the opposite.From the outset, there has been a significant lack of communication from the HR team. Initially, during the onboarding process, they were very responsive, almost excessively so. However, once issues arose—particularly regarding salary deductions—there has been a noticeable lack of response. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling unsupported and ignored.Moreover, it appears that the HR team is more aligned with the interests of the team leaders and managers rather than addressing the concerns of employees.
