Big Boss did not know what actually happened in Kolkata Branch (in the year of 2017 April)Tremendous Politics, leg pulling, lobby culture always going on, every day when I entered the office, I thought it's my last date. there is no team bonding, no real estate project....... Working with Square yards was the biggest disaster of my career, - No work culture - Salary are not on time - No job satisfaction - HOD's are only here to yell, zero knowledge on ground realities - Highly paid HOD's (got from Bijus) with 2-3 years of work experience (no ground experience) - No job security - Mental harrasment - It's better one can work at a tea stall then working with such an unorganised company

Choosing write team under you are working is very important.

Dislikes

Take work from you and will remove you from job 1-2 days before salary. Fnf time is 90 days. Which have no guarantee to come. Huge self expenses on travelling which is not refundable. Work culture overall toxic. Even the snake die.
