...bout this company is that you can learn of your own. A typical Lala Company. Work culture is worst and pay is as worse as anyone can expect.. forget Incentives..

Pay is worst, don't fall for what they promise.. forget your hefty Incentives which was promised. Work like Donkey. Office starts at 9.30AM but exit has no time. Only thing which is good is that it is the bestest place to learn for freshers.

...y developer give 8% slabs then square yards calculate incentives in 2% or 3%.) if you are permanent employee then square yards give you full salary in any month so they deduct it from your incentives and you never get your incentives never.

The system of fu***ing bootlicker and brother hood was just at high.

... and bootlickers. I work for 1 year and got to know this life worst experience. They didn't pay me for my 3 month even I completed my sales target. Birjesh shrivastav, Sanjay Panwar and Gaurav chaudhary are high class thiefs there. Even they accept a slap on their mouth but not your money.
