Managers hold the Incentives as well. 6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager. 7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe. 9. Their are lots of thing to improve and also managers say bad words to company CEO and Co-founder.

I have worked here for 5 months and I have not been paid salary for 2 months. These people and I were overachievers. I would suggest that you should not join this company. It has a very bad work culture.
