I had a disappointing experience with Square Yards. During the interview, they promised a competitive salary package, but they significantly reduced it once I started. The leads provided are outdated, often over eight years old, and lack any real potential. When clients don't show up for meetings, the company applies a Leave Without Pay (LWP), leading to substantial salary deductions. Additionally, employees must cover travel costs and obtain their own SIM cards, which adds further financial strain. Moreover, the incentive structure is misleading; after closing a sale, you need to make three additional sales to receive the total incentive for the first one, as it’s only given at 25% per sale. Overall, I would advise against joining Square Yards. It simply isn’t worth the hassle.

Working with Square yards was the biggest disaster of my career, - No work culture - Salary are not on time - No job satisfaction - HOD's are only here to yell, zero knowledge on ground realities - Highly paid HOD's (got from Bijus) with 2-3 years of work experience (no ground experience) - No job security - Mental harrasment - It's better one can work at a tea stall then working with such an unorganised company

Worst company to work here No work life balance day start with morning 8 to late night 10.30 to 11 pm. Specially MR Rah**L Yog* he is a problem in system always rude and showing attitude to his team doing politics and all to remove from Company he doesn't know any thing about real easte only he is going home in afternoon for sleep and came in evening and saying team to wait till 10 pm and doing nothing always doing msg n all till every sec morning day night while the time and nothing always showing unwanted power to his team and saying I have 35 lac package no one can beat me or remove me from company main kisi ko bhi nikal skta Hu

The Hr policy : even the employee resign after proper notice period of 45 days , they will only receive their last months salary ,along with all other documents such as the relieving letter, experience letter, salary slip etc three months after the exit date.However there have been instances where these documents and last month salary are still not provided even after completing three month period .
