In short very unorganized as a company ..they hold back employee's salary if you do not meet targets even if you've worked hard. On a work front, they don't provide even a computer to work on ..rather to make client calls they ask us to use our phones. We do recharge we spend our own money for visits.. and then no reimbursement by Squareyards. BEWARE GUYS. This company can easily ruin careers

Honestly, they never deliver what they promise an employee, when it comes to salary, they promise something and somehow negotiate and pay you less promising to help you grow, job security wise its a mess as my very own colleagues who joined with me were fired before the probation period. WITHOUT proper training given on the sales pitches, the KPIs and the SLAs not informed duly, Square Yards has one major funda, "we hire everyday and fire every week". It all appears good at the start but as you progress, by the 20th day you notice they are hiring and hiring on an already packed floor which already kind of gives you an idea that your already sitting on a bed of thorns.

Work- Life balance - nope not at all - As i said earlier, they promise you a 9 to 6 and then make you sit till 9..9.30 on normal days. Management - Well no offense and since i was a manager as well, the senior Management have no idea about the product in deep and only keep pushing the poor BDMs to work for 12 hours by promising them INCENTIVES over a DEAL (Sale) Mind you incentives are ofcourse been received in the past but with the slowing real estate times currently, incentives are delayed upto 3 or 4 months. They promise you mobile phone reimbursement but that never happened nor is happening anytime soon. We use our Mobile phones., our data plans, our Money to travel to meet clients..Not done right.

Company holds back your salary. Treats you like you are the companies property. Constant verbal threat of being fired and banned from UAE. No reimbursement for Travel or sim xharges

Nothing and i know whosoever worked there had a very terrible experience of not getting a salary , even a single rupee after giving commitment on offer letter also

Company was good before covid in terms of salary & incentives.

Dislikes

Post covid company is providing 30% salary to lower management & 70% deduction also. For senior management they are giving full salaries, which is very unfair as MNC, which they call them self which they are not.
