Worst company ever i never being in such ridiculous company like INCO no training office culture is worst they cut salary each and every time I don't know how is company is working without process no one has rights to put full day even when you are present and pressure that is unbearable leaders are not even upper position people are also not they don't know how to run company and how to handle staff only they show high incentives structure and like a donkey people there work till morning also so overall i will never suggest anyone to go there they are a Call center company not an interior company they don't have experience centre also small EC they have and that to we can't show to anyone just want to say you can't bit any modular company they also have pressure but it's a healthy pressure not like you guys they are like give money buy peoples . Terrible is the word for INCO and they as Monday is holiday but they call all Monday even HR of they sometimes it feels there hire management staff are ruling them .

Company pay attention to employee input and provide sufficient traning and relevant compensation as per experience and skills. This is a fantastic team to work with. The ideal balance between job and personal life does exist.

... pf amount they will deduct on every month but won't deposit on your pf account. it high pressure job you sit and do 350+ call per day with the worst leads what they provide you in the crm and you have to do site visit in the weekend if you dont do they will remove you from the job it's hire and fire policy whenever you call the hr they won't even answer you he simply say I'm traveling I'm curious where is he travelling And remember get a proof of documents what is your probation period and what is your notice period because I left the company on the probation period due to my personal problem after 90 days they will send you a break up on that they will mention notice recovery they deducted your money that why they well planned the salary date on 10th every month if you resigning on the probation and forget about you full and final settlement and your pf money, reliving letter as well this is one of the worst ever company to work.... You might wonder about thier incentive structure that is just for the Brainwash they will say 40% is the incentive but it's completely fake it's only 10% only managers foot l*icking bucket people will get good lead and other won't get and good lead There is no transperancy in this company before joining on this fraud organisation... Think about you career If your a family person or who is Responsible for taking care your entire family like me dont even think about joining in this fraud organisation forget it The manager will only focus for the women employee and do all the good for them On more thing they will say you a office time but they won't follow it they make you sit and work to complete that day target with those worstt leads It's better to ignore this company trust me

5 days Working and Monday and Tuesday weekoff Salary on time as per given date every month of 10th but still it's late only they Provide Snakes like samosa when jab bhot kaam karayenge tabhi ussdi din bs if you don't have 2 wheeler then an issue also

That 5 days Working pura chuss lenge as per policy 2 week off hai but TL pe depend karta hai kaam karana hai ki nai or ek week of ghar se kaam karayenge calling k liye bolenge, Even sometimes seniors ki salary b hold pe jati hai jitna mene dekha h or half employee ko 10 ati hai baki ko 11 ya 12 b ho sakta hai hope fully mera kabi nai hua late and jo PF deduction hota h wo 6 months ke baad dete hai sale means saal me 2 baad like Jan to June ka claim krne k liye july ya august thak ayega baki months 6 months ka feb ya march tak saat me credit hoga PF me also need to be hardcore tally Caller need 100 connected calls and 200 to 250 failed also minimum 1 hours to 2 houre ka talktime need Compulsory Tshirt company ka even on Site also no formals kabi kabi jobe timeing 10 bje compulsory login logout 8bje for new joiner then later 8:30 ya 9 baj dete hai even same in Weekend also, data jo provide krte h use less hota h most off there is loopholes also in incentive structure 10 lakh ka busnes diya tab jake 1 lakh ya usse kab kama sakta hai or incentive kha jate hai seniors agar deadline miss hogai toh, bulk hiring me 300 400 log lenge phir chatai karenge Last me 100 log rahenge after 6month then or worst part experience letter nai milta yaha bs Appointment Letter or Salary slip bas

...es, leading to the point where they are using the employees without paying them. They have yet to receive the salary, but they need closure with just joined candidates. Once closure is completed, the organization will benefit, but staff benefits are zero, and HR is completely useless. Therefore, this organization is not a good fit for you.
