Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The company is startup so you can't expect more from them. Company can't provide your salary on time. Also their is no incentive or any increments. I am working there more than 6 months. No job security. Only the CEO is the good person who cares about the employee's.
