Dislikes

No appreciation, you would be working hard and even the smallest of mistakes would fetch you tough times in meetings with the founders and your managers. They want you to be all-rounder, deliver quantity and at the same time they would also like you to deliver high-quality work. The appraisals takes forever to happen. Lack of proper communication in the higher level of management would get you varied answers. Lastly, notice period is not at all a good place to be in. They squeeze everything out of you during that time and might perhaps threaten to mark you absconded, even after you served notice period so that you do extra work!
