The learning curve is good. There are always challenging clients, work will keep you busy surely. You will get some free time for yourself as well after wrapping up your work.

Dislikes

No appreciation, you would be working hard and even the smallest of mistakes would fetch you tough times in meetings with the founders and your managers. They want you to be all-rounder, deliver quantity and at the same time they would also like you to deliver high-quality work. The appraisals takes forever to happen. Lack of propercommunication in the higher level of management would get you varied answers. Lastly, notice period is not at all a good place to be in. They squeeze everything out of you during that time and might perhaps threaten to mark you absconded, even after you served notice period so that you do extra work!...Read More
