Mutual respect. The teachers in the primary are always trying to try new things to help students learn better.

Salary not always on time. Salary packages of staff not on fair grounds. A lot of disparity. Well performing staff not remunerated justify-ably.

Approachable management, freedom.

Terrible and untimely salary, poor quality of students, poor management, bad learning and work environment, zero innovation, unfavourable environment of growth, provides no professional training.

Environment of the school is very good. Very supportive teaching staff. Policies r good. Some little issues r there Bt My all experience was very good.. I have learned many more things from there. Skills r good

Job training is not given to new joinees. Salary is not perfect accordingly to the post in my opinion

A balanced working environment is the thing that I liked so much ever in this school. Moreover, the school is best place for learning whether in terms of student or teacher.

Dislikes

Everything looks good about the school but it would be better if management could have think something about the activity teachers during the pandemic time. Like the teachers must have some work during the time also, as they were employed at the institution for a long time and pandemic was not there fault.

It is a global institution and one of the best schools in Panjabi overall achievements in Studies,Sports,Cocurricullar activities and many more.

I don't dislike Spring Dale School but I want to do job out of state like Maldives, Dubai etc
