Springbord is an amazing place to work! The team is super friendly and always ready to help out. There's no hierarchy, so it's easy to connect with anyone, including management. The work culture is awesome, with no pressure and no office politics. It's just a great place to learn, grow and collaborate. I highly recommend it!

Miscommunication, Uninformed layoffs, Altering the organizational policies as of their needs, Unrecognized positions and efforts, Providing dysfunctional working equipments like laptop, etc., Creating an uncertain environment for the employees, Disorganized management

Working time is fixed, salary and benefits reach you on time. No big pressures from the works.

There was no appraisals. The lay off was a sudden shock for the employees which made job security a question mark.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and I have learns lot.
