There's nothing to like Springbord

There's multiple things disliking the company. 1. They hire in bulk when there's a demand of business and then in 3 months the process gets Ramp down and they fire people and this time they fired around 300 people. 2. They certainly do not follow their policy the managers and HR'S do of their own not being professional at all. 3. The manager are being very unprofessional here So as the HR.

This company ensures work life balance of employee with all govt prescribed employee benefits.No toxic environment. Everyone feels same level .

Dislikes

This company work on project basis , so job security is not there. Once project is withdrawn ,ur employment too will be withdrawn.

Springbord is an amazing place to work! The team is super friendly and always ready to help out. There's no hierarchy, so it's easy to connect with anyone, including management. The work culture is awesome, with no pressure and no office politics. It's just a great place to learn, grow and collaborate. I highly recommend it!

Job security is very poor they done mass hiring for a project and when that project failed they did not have any other job to offer and we were asked to give our resign

There was no appraisals. The lay off was a sudden shock for the employees which made job security a question mark.
