It's not a good place for you to develop yourself and career growth. Even you give you best effort in you work they won't appreciate you effort and paid a very low salary and low annual appraisal.

Springbord is an amazing place to work! The team is super friendly and always ready to help out. There's no hierarchy, so it's easy to connect with anyone, including management. The work culture is awesome, with no pressure and no office politics. It's just a great place to learn, grow and collaborate. I highly recommend it!

I really like working at springbord, but the pay could be better. Everything else about the job is great!

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and I have learns lot.
