I like the partners the way how they have treated . After change of partners it became a hell there

A very friendly work environment, they will teach you a lot and also based on your interest the work will be allocated. Friendly partners you can approach all the partners directly at any time. And they will accept your suggestions too.

Have been working here for more than 5 years but still I’m Searching for that dislikes here and they are not allowing me to find.

Providing opportunities for the gap holding candidates were one of the good things i feel about.

Dislikes

Response are so crucial in IT firm and I couldn’t able to get any response at one try from any of the employees. I have to drop many remainder mails in order to get some data/help.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
