Shopee did not had a long vision on how the market will be and how long they can sustain in Indian market. There were no proper speculation on government intervention. All employees were asked to leave all of sudden. All policy SOP were adopted from other outside Indian markets. Employees were blindly asked to follow what was implemented in other countries, instead of curating something for Indian consumers.
