...best for sports journalists to work at. Everything at SK seems well structured. The pay is better than most other websites, and the timings are also friendly. A key thing that makes this organisation so beautiful are the seniors. Unlike some of my experiences with other companies, seniors at SK are understanding, and always willing to solve a problem. 1. Very greedy and toxic management. They give unrealistic monthly targets and pay extremely less per article 2. Some managers threaten your career if you don't meet their expected targets 3. They manipulate SEO to get more reads 4. They expect us to deliver more articles on weekends. Hence, lack of proper work-life balance

They have flexible hours and you can write as much or as little as you want. The managers are more than understanding and leaves are approved pretty easily.

Dislikes

The pay is stagnant and hasn’t increased in over 2 years. There is very little option of upward mobility if any and there is no chance of making this a stable job.
