1. Good learning opportunities. Editors are friendly and give plenty of guidance on how to write and articulate good content 2. Work from home 3. Really good website

1. Very greedy and toxic management. They give unrealistic monthly targets and pay extremely less per article 2. Some managers threaten your career if you don't meet their expected targets 3. They manipulate SEO to get more reads 4. They expect us to deliver more articles on weekends. Hence, lack of proper work-life balance

They have flexible hours and you can write as much or as little as you want. The managers are more than understanding and leaves are approved pretty easily.

Dislikes

The pay is stagnant and hasn’t increased in over 2 years. There is very little option of upward mobility if any and there is no chance of making this a stable job.

Everything. This is my second tenure with Sportskeeda, and this company is by far the best for sports journalists to work at. Everything at SK seems well structured. The pay is better than most other websites, and the timings are also friendly. A key thing that makes this organisation so beautiful are the seniors. Unlike some of my experiences with other companies, seniors at SK are understanding, and always willing to solve a problem. The best company I've worked so far with people having elite tastes when it comes to games, movies and pop culture in general. The freedom to work anytime you like provided you finish whatever tasks you picked up for the day, and the fact that the team leads and seniors are not at your throat for taking a couple of days off are two solid reasons that makes this company great.
