Most unprofessional place I've worked out in 10 years of content writing with dozens of sports outlets. You must be on call all day waiting for assignments. Sometimes you'll get them back to back. Other times they'll ghost you for five hours and expect you to do all your work in final three hours or be on clock extra long Content managers assign topic and give you their tips. You'll do that and get the editor telling you that was wrong and to do the opposite of what content manager told you. One of the managers called the entire writing staff lazy and claimed he saw people work harder in tropical storm conditions.
