I have been working for this organisation 6 month. lots of politics goes inside, team leader,hr,managers,qa are worst .The worst person in the company is Manjiri, the project manager. Due to her, many people have lost their jobs without any reason. she deserves the award for the most terrible project manager at Splendornet and if u don't do as per there need or there word they will harass u in ur academic performance,will terminate u with foolish reasons, this was happening with my frnd,not give u holiday's,will not accept ur resignation,mark down ur performance etc. They literally make u beg for holiday's, don't fool people they understand everything. Also I have given the single star coz I was unable to post without selecting the one..worst experience of my life... At end by frustration I left this organisation..
