Truebil (Low Segment Vertical of Spinny), had the worst culture. A severely autocratic vertical leader. Low standard employees who were made more helpless by not giving them enough tools/analytics to work upon

There is no job security that is their choice anytime they can remove. 2.Working hours is very high and there is no week-off policy and they are not providing even 1 National holiday that we need to take permission for that a week before. 3.Management is not good as they can change rules at anytime they don't think employee situation 4.They will give promotion but just your designation changes but you will be the same position where you started your career in Organization.

Managers favor their inner circle while the CEO focuses solely on brand and profit, ignoring the toxic culture. HR is a mere formality, offering no protection—raising concerns often backfires on employees. Compensation is a joke, with trivial raises and empty promises of better hikes that never come. Promotions are rare and based on favoritism, not merit. If you care about your growth and sanity, look elsewhere. This place is a career dead end.
