If we talk about the Money . Then company is gud in terms of salary tymings .

If we talk about the Money. Then company is gud in terms of salary tymings. But very low incentive. 365 days working even they force to work on national holidays. Job security term is not compatible in spinny they harass you like hell. Every day new term new policies were there. In last three years I don't think they are able to provide you holidays to spend time with family. Even they weeks off are very rare . U can hardly hv that. Apraisal is gud but that apraisal give negative effects on your job safety . They start finding excuses to fire people. They dont hv any policy to shift that person to any other department or in any different Role.

Company's work culture is good. Supportive in weird situations. Few peoples are good.

At time of appraisal company goes in loss. Useless managers are getting good salary. They can not get that salary out side the spinny. Whole day playing games on mobile and watching reels.

No personal life not good incentives work time morning 9to10 night no week offs no more appraisal you don't give any suggestions fo improvement and most importantly no job security if you perform one month and some how you not good perform second month then you get pip

In Inside Sales, there is no such thing as a holiday except a week off only in this company. There is no job security, the job is decided based on one month's performance.

Otherwise all things not well. Feeding like labour or slave.. 0 cordinateing with any issues there. Worst Work life balance.
